UT Austin asked us to create a coloring canvas to celebrate autism & neurodiversity.
The university's Longhorn TIES initiative helps improve the experience of undergraduate students who identify as being on the autism spectrum or neurodivergent.
We illustrated a giant colouring canvas that celebrates neurodivergence.
The artwork focusses on the senses, we used blue dotted lines to connect abstract pictures of neurons. Heads are shown in profile floating in different patterns, representing different ways to interpret the world around us.
The canvas was colored as a part of UT Austin's first annual Neurodiversity Celebration, here's some students contributing their artful insight to the piece!
